Good quality, adjustable bottom!
I bought this big dress, I'm usually medium height but I hate when my swimsuits give me these horrible love handles so I always buy big swimsuits! It goes perfectly with my bottoms (and they're adjustable, yes, bottoms!). 5'4, 135 pounds, 34DD. The top is a bit small, it fits me best but I would say if you have larger boobs I'm not sure if this top suits you. but other than that it's an amazing quality too!
