This item arrived damaged from Revain. Which annoyed me a lot, because neither the box nor the inner box was damaged and completely padded. Long story short, Revane knew it was damaged when it was sent. I didn't want to go through the whole process of returning such a large box so I contacted the manufacturer. After a few emails to check what I needed, the correct part was sent to me straight away. It arrived much quicker than I expected and in excellent condition!
