Bought as a new bag for my daughter that she wanted
My daughter doesn't like bags so she usually wears crossbody bags. They were fine for a while, but soon her shoulder began to hurt. We were looking for a backpack purse because her best friend had one. She chose it and carries it with her everywhere. The design is so beautiful and the bag is very durable. It fits in your wallet, phone, keys, mini lotions, hand sanitizer and even a bottle of spring water. Annoyingly, the straps sometimes slip and become too long. Overall a great purchase
