You can avoid shrinkage
I received this gray duvet for a king size bed about 2 years ago. It holds up well, but only if I dry it on low heat and take it out of the dryer while still damp. Then me and another person have to pull on each side to stretch the width. If your comforter has shrunk, try this and it might bring it back to its normal size. It hurts a bit, of course, but it's cotton. Therefore, shrinkage is to be expected if placed in a dryer and dried normally. It would be nice if they made it a little bigger to accommodate this.
