Review on CHARTOU Womens Lightweight Elastic Ruffled by Lakeisha White

I like this skirt. It took me a long time to come to, but it's very easy and beautiful. The fabric is a little more sheer than I expected, but I still planned on wearing shorts underneath. The only warning I have is that I'm 5ft 4" and the skirt drags a bit on the floor. If I wear it with pumps, it's perfect. So if you are short, keep in mind that you may need heels or adjust the hemline.
