Huge absolute waste of money! Everything burst before use!
If I could give negative stars or zero stars, I would! An absolute waste of money. More than 50% of the balloons popped without even falling as expected. And I've done it over water and I know how to use them and they were absolute rubbish and a HUGE disappointment to the kids because we promised tons of water balloons. Stay away from those fake water balloons.
