I like how easy it was to find what we were looking for in terms of customer service/support; also their ability as far back tracking an issue goes if needed with any issues at all they are easily able resolve them without much hassle or cost involved! We have not found anything yet which has left us frustrated but there isn't really too many things about this platform other than being happy overall so no complaints from our end just positive feedbacks!! Great support team available 24 hours 7 days. Nothing specifically i disliked only minor inconveniences such but nothing major either way great product otherwise though worth every penny paid. !
