I received my items very *very* quickly. It was a fantastic surprise even though I'm a very patient person and don't mind waiting. The goods were beautiful. i love each of them. However, as you can see from the picture, one of these broke fairly easily when you separated the clasp and hinge to wear it. All others worked very well and normal! However, this stubborn little one refused to open up properly and remained stern and tightly closed. When I got a good pair of jewelry pliers, I tried to apply gentle pressure to them. I swear it was careful. But the unfortunate thing broke and fell apart as soon as I used the jewelry pliers. ; it just really should have been the part I was looking forward to the most. It *should* be easy. unlucky, right? Other than that, everything seems fine and I'm very excited to try others (much more useful ones) later!
