These pants are perfect for my 18 month old and stretch enough for him to continue growing in. I could see how they fit her for another 6-9 months. When I ordered her she was 27 pounds 30 inches, she has thicker thighs and a more defined butt. The waist is not too tight giving enough room to comfortably cover her back with a diaper, sometimes baby pants are made to look like babies don't have butts! The print is beautiful and the colors are very cute, it seems appropriate for a little one, not that I'm trying to dress her up as an adult. The cotton is soft, stretches slightly, no smell at all. They are thinner but are best worn in spring and summer. I bought them in the fall and I regret not having waited. These are my favorite pants in her closet!
