I bought this for my wife because it's a long chore every time she cleans her makeup brushes. Your foundation brushes are difficult to clean and it takes a long time to try them all. She would love to brush them more than now but she just doesn't have the time so I thought it would be a cool solution. Overall a great idea, but after a few tries we just couldn't get it to work for us. We charged it for hours as requested, but it only spins for about 10 seconds and then turns off and never turns on again. The instructions aren't very clear, but from what we see, let's do it as instructed. The only way to turn it back on is to plug it back into the wall, although it's charged it seems like it's restarting. As soon as I try the brush again, the same thing happens. I've made sure the brush fits snugly in the rubber holder, but to no avail. I see another user had the same problem with large brushes. I attached a photo of the one I used but it was on the middle side. To be honest we wanted this for larger brushes as these tend to be more difficult to clean over time. You'd think it would be able to clean big brushes as the rubber bushings get really big. Very disappointed that it doesn't work. If you're looking for very small brushes this might suit you better, but having had high expectations we weren't impressed at all. I don't know, maybe we have a defective device, but after seeing that another user had the same problems, I doubt it.
