The case won't let the knob turn

I'm not sure if I just missed it in other reviews but the case for my watch fit perfectly, everything was fine. Except it's too tight on the spinner button on my watch. You cannot press or turn the knob. return of the goods for this reason. It's from China, so I'm guessing a simple assembly error. Sad because otherwise I loved that white case!
