Easy to use, not sure if it helps with what I bought it for.
I feel like they limit wrist range of motion as intended, but you can still move your fingers freely. It does not help with the wrist pain I have due to the carpal tunnel of pregnancy. I'll keep using it and see if it takes a little time to help with that.
