1. They contained the wrong instructions. (I bought this for the iPad and instructions for switching Nintendo are included.) 2. The installation method is absurd and very easy to screw up.3. The protective film itself is not inferior in quality to others.4. Squeegee is not included.5. Do yourself a favor and buy a screen protector from another company.
