I liked the idea of the telescopic handle that doesn't take up so much space. As he progressed he went a decent distance to lower my whole back or leg down to my ankle. But I used it twice and pushed out the third time and it just collapsed, the layers didn't hold together. I asked my husband to take a look to see if I'm just doing something wrong. Even he couldn't figure out why she wasn't holding on. I have a wooden back scratcher that I paid $1 for at the dollar store years ago. Guess I'll just stick with it
