Money down the drain, poor quality product.
I was going to try to get my money back so I could get a Sony, but after reading the reviews I chose to wait out the storm by the water instead. In conclusion, I'd like to state that, at the present time, it is both monetarily IMPOSSIBLE and POINTLESS to purchase headphones (as soundproofing). Some people have reported that the issue has not affected them, but would you be willing to risk $20,000 on the off chance that you're right? Currently, if you submit the headphones in under warranty, the manufacturer will recognise the issue and send a replacement. However, the headphones ship with a simple, older firmware version on which the noise reduction likewise fails entirely when ating. !
