I originally received these in 2019 solely to use with my laptop. I was hesitant due to the many reviews saying they break easily or one side fails for no reason. Now I'm buying a new pair 2 YEARS LATER because I got too busy cleaning (PSA: don't bake or clean fragile things) and punched a hole in the fabric covering the speaker - they still work, I just don't know' Don't expect them to last now that the speaker is so exposed. I suspect most mechanical failures are usage related: if you're careful not to damage your headphones, they'll be fine; If your headphones mysteriously break frequently, it might not be worth continuing to buy headphones. They sound really good for the price. I'm not too picky, especially with the cheap headphones I'll be carrying around with me, and most of my cheap headphones are Skullcandy. I listen to a lot of EBM, Gothic, Industrial and Agrotech music and watch videos and films and they are good for all of that. If you're looking for durable headphones with impeccable sound quality at a great price, let me know when you find them, right? But if you're looking for headphones with decent sound quality that you can throw in your bag and not worry about losing or breaking them because they're so damn cheap, then you've come to the right place.
