the thing is great. I've been one of those frugal naysayers who aren't afraid to touch body parts or body fluids and have laughed at paying money for something like this, but I'm so glad I got it. I bought this when my newborn had his first diaper irritation. Oh my god, that's so cute. It spreads the cream smoothly and evenly, so we end up using half as much as before. The silicone is so soft and snuggly that my baby shrinks less when we use it on her butt instead of fingers. The suction cup is perfect for you to load the cream before changing diapers so it's ready to use, and it's a light suction cup so you don't have to struggle to get it off the changing table when you need it. I also love that you can boil it out to sanitize if needed, but it's so easy to clean between routine changes with a damp cloth or soap and water. Now I have one with a changing table and one in a diaper bag and I have no regrets. Highly recommended for anyone caring for someone in diapers!
