As many started at the beginning, this product is too thin. No lower back support as the foam is very cheap, too thin to provide more than maybe foot or neck support for the price. I expected doing more to maintain support under the back would be better. I'm quite a small woman. was so frustrated by this that he had to at least hang under my lower spine to support me. If you are looking for a frim look elsewhere for a thicker and larger product, it will come back, not worth buying. Keep looking if you need a larger product.
