1440p Ultrawide + 15 " Macbook Pro (Touchbar) + this cable = bad playback.
I bought this cable to work with my 34" LG ( 1440p capable) and my 15" Macbook Pro (touchpad) and it doesn't work. It keeps plugging in and switching to 1080p I know it's not a computer or monitor issue as I have two 4k monitors at connect to the same computer at work unfortunately they don't work well together product 3 stars because it is well made and looks good.
