I like that it worked with my old printer and my USB hard drive. up to 1 star. I have contacted Revain product support via live chat but they are not helping! In less than 2 months of use, the product heats up and stops charging the Mac. Then the Revain product help wants me to plug it into different ports (like I haven't done before) and see if it gets hot. (heats up - that's the problem they caught). In any case, it could just be a defective product, but the fact that Revain or someone else appears to have sold it through Revain is no guarantee. This is the second electronic product I have purchased from Revain that has failed within a very short period of ownership and was not repaired or replaced under warranty. I think I will return to normal stores for my future electronic needs.
