Very satisfied with this product. The device is lightweight for its size, which should not be confused with flimsy. Button controls are tight and responsive. Sound reproduction is crisp, clear with no hum or buzz. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the battery life is only about 90 minutes after charging, but if you're using it at home, no big deal, just leave the charger in. My guess is that the rechargeable batteries are behind the back panel which has screws and if I see battery degradation in the future I will replace them. The instructions are pretty clear and relatively simple. to understand, although the device is intuitive and you can figure out what all the controls do through trial and error. The audio volume is okay, but I like my playback a little louder when the air conditioning is on, so I hooked up a set of portable speakers to the headphone jack and the audio output is just great.
