Review on Otherlevels by Brody Jacobs

I have been using this product since it was released in 2011 with many clients of my own business! It has continued through today as we continue our work together (we are still working!).

There isn't anything that really stands out yet - but there will be soon enough when they get rid off some features from old versions!! We love other levels team because every time something comes up or an issue arises; you know who your support contact(S)is going too call/email them directly so quick response times. They always respond within minutes at most hours if not seconds sometimes even faster than emails which makes all difference especially during busy seasons like now where everyone wants answers fast. ! This software allows me do see what's coming next without having anyone else tell us about upcoming changes etc...Also helps keep track via reports sent regularly by email how much traffic each page gets compared against previous years' data allowing comparisons over longer periods rather then just monthly comparison period giving more insight.
