I wore a larger size for the last few years then I lost weight so I needed a smaller size. I'll probably go anyway and use a larger strap if I decide to carry an interactive whiteboard. I love this belt. The velcro is strong and holds the belt well. Threading the strap through the front right loop takes some practice but is doable. Keep in mind that this belt is 1.75 inches wide. It may not work with dress pants or 1.75" wide belt loops (in which case you may simply need to close the front right loop instead of going through the back belt loop). fasten with Velcro.
