I love how easy it is to use. It's super intuitive, and you can really see results in your analytics very quickly. It's also very customizable, so you can set up different workflows for each of your employees. The only thing I don't like about this tool is the lack of support from their team. They're not always quick to respond, and when they do, they may be slow to get back to you. As an HR manager looking to streamline our hiring process as well as improve employee satisfaction, we've been using WorkValues for almost a year. We have seen great success in reducing our time to hire by over 30%. This has allowed us to find candidates more quickly, which has resulted in happier candidates and fewer training costs.
