It's plastic, not horn. The edges of the inner corners are sharp, uneven, do not wear with an expensive scarf
The scarf ring I received was scratched. I ordered gray and got black. The colors shown on the Internet do not match. It's plastic, no question. Inside the ring the edges of the corners are torn and may snag on silk. I wouldn't wear this with an expensive scarf. Expensive for what it is.
