So I ordered this hoping it would work. nope That sounds a bit. Lots of nature with birds - loud cooing of the clocks included. But they also have hair dryers, lawn mowers/barking dogs and such. We didn't even set it up to use it, just clicked on the sounds. The clock is too small for our use and it just doesn't have any sounds that we could use. It has a sleep mode where white noise and lights turn off after 15 minutes. If you enjoy meditating and find one of the sounds you like, I can see it's great. In addition, the light is pleasant and has several different intensity settings, which I really liked. Not worth $30 and just didn't meet our needs.
