The platform allows customers to interact with vendors, prospects, and current customers. I have used XPro for the past two years and haven't any dislikes. They are always working on making the platform better. We use xPro for sales events and have seen very good results. We have engaged with a larger audience. We have realized that our customers not only interact with us, but also engage with our competitors as well. With xpro we can engage with our customers in a new way. I like that it's easy to set up, but also easy to use once you've done so. It's very intuitive and easy to understand. Nothing really at this point. The only issue we have currently are with the price of using the software. We're still working out how best to solve this problem as our current solution is not ideal. However, the product does seem quite good. For those who need something simple to manage an exhibit in a way that people can interact with easily, this would be a great option.
