Great fit! fits Barbell

This is perfect especially if your gums are chafing switch to these. It is definitely suitable for 14G. Here is a size comparison, 3mm, a purple product versus 20 pack vs Spencer. Of course it doesn't fit in my top hole. They're too small so I put them on the underside of my tongue and it's amazing. I will update if there are problems.
