This fan sits decently on my 30 inch 2560*1600 panel and sits there well enough that it doesn't fall off if someone passes by or if I want to change his attitude. It doesn't feel cramped - it just sits there, not wobbly or anything - but it's definitely not panel mounted or similarly 'attached'. I like it instead of figuring out how to set up a more traditional fan. All three (single) speeds are pretty loud - I can hear it and distinguish speeds from noise even in an office full of computers. It's not very noisy compared to the rest of my surroundings, but I think it will be too noisy in a quiet environment. a problem, but when directed between the keyboard and the panel, there is a slight breeze. I find it quite expensive despite the general impression that it doesn't make a valuable impression. If it lasts a few years, I'm willing to keep it for a reasonable price (compared to buying something cheap and disposable every year). If it doesn't, I'll probably downgrade it depending on how long it takes.
