This is excellent quality. The strap is thick and soft for comfort. The stool is just right and I think it's the perfect length for my tall 3 year old. But I will say it works very little. My daughter wears a size 12-18m in skirts and shorts and it suits her very well. I even tried it on my 14 month old son who wears 2t just to see and it's a bit tight for him. This will not suit your average sized 4 year old. I would take at least 1 size, or even more.
