First it took me forever to figure out which way to turn the knob to get steam. I threw away the box and instructions because this is an iron, why do I need instructions anyway (I thought). This iron doesn't get very hot at all and doesn't stay that hot either. The light keeps going on and off because this thing can't hold its temperature. Things burned easily and stuck to the plate, spoiling it forever. Sometimes spontaneous. My biggest problem was that the cable sparked EVERY time I unplugged it. I thought it might be an outlet, but no. Extremely dangerous. While it (barely) worked initially, the risk of electrocution after each use somehow didn't appeal to me.
