My 5.5 year old son uses this pillow. I think the pillow is great! At first I was worried it might be too thin or too small for him, but he's been sleeping on it for a week now and hasn't complained about anything. He seems to like it very much. I also washed the pillowcase and it doesn't shrink at all. It is soft, breathable and feels like cotton. Really great fabric.
