I have ordered this product twice. Both products did not include the optional mouse pad tray listed in the Available Accessories section. When I called Revain support they said to send it back for a replacement. Don't expect a mouse tray to be included with ANY of them. If the manufacturer reads this, please send me a mouse tray. I also need another screw to tighten the phone holder. My phone doesn't fit in your mount and I need a screw that fits your screw hole, please. I will change my rating later. Many Thanks
