Review on Miele CM6150 Countertop Coffee Machine: Stylishly Efficient Lotus White Brewer by Jason Hayes

I was very annoyed. I just bought this Miele after the one I bought just over 2 years ago broke. I expect to be able to follow simple instructions and it works. This one didn't. Not only the electronics are broken, but the pump works, works and continues to work. Water also pours out of the bottom of the container. It's a complete mess. I called tech support and after I went through the procedure they couldn't do anything to fix the issue. The technician gave me a reference number and now I have to wait until Monday for them to call me when I travel. to work all week. Not only is it extremely impractical, but for $2,000 I wouldn't even believe I'd go through that shit right now. I want a replacement immediately! $2,000 and nobody should waste a minute fixing it. It is obvious that the machine failed the quality check before leaving the factory. Again, the words "other than upset" don't even remotely describe how excited I am right now.
