The night before I inflated all the balloons and put them in the large (42 gallon) bin bags by color. I started putting them up 2 hours before my birthday. I used my hot glue gun to glue the control hooks to the molding at 3 points, the top 2 corners (facing out) and the bottom left corner (facing down). I originally glued the top two hooks in place 🤦‍♀️ the wind ripped the rope off the hooks and many of my balloons popped after I adjusted the hooks and filled the gaps with what I had left and a few balloons with After adding confetti that I bought separately, I was happy with the result! Good value for money, I had more than enough balloons for my arch and then some! Our display has risen 13 feet in height. Very solid, the parade was at 5pm, the balloons didn't rise all night and looked beautiful the next morning, but started popping around 12pm, possibly due to gusty winds and the south Texas heat. Therefore, they did not sleep from 3:00 p.m. on the first day to 12:00 p.m. on the second day.
