We have tried these ink cartridges twice already. The first worked like a charm; the second not so much. After many deletions and re-entry, following all the instructions we could find online/on YouTube, we have a black cartridge that is working now. Whatever we do, cyan and magenta will read nothing but blank. (We're beginning to wonder if they're really empty.) Our bottom line is that it was a waste of time and money. In doing so, we find that the first order received that worked was identified as an EZ Link. KK-T702XL. The latest cartridges that only work with black ink are called the Office World 702 XL. Possible reason? Or was it a firmware update that now recognizes nothing but Epson? Whatever it is, we know it's frustrating when everyone comes out. Now I'm off to buy something that will definitely work.
