Sent me a used/damaged item in a box when I paid for a brand new one on sale. It's a gift and I don't have time to return it so I'll stick with it as is. That's why I'm only giving it 2 stars. The bad: The tripod arrived damaged and the lower metal part was slightly deformed. The legs still appear to work but as this is a gift I am very disappointed that it is broken. The box was badly bent - surprisingly, nothing further inside broke. It doesn't look like the issue is related to shipping or handling - it's definitely assembly related. What's good: The item itself is as advertised. The light works well, the remote control works. Assembly was easy. Pretty neat for the price. If you didn't get a defective one, that's very good.
