The most useful thing is that you can add all your appointments to one calendar instead of having them scattered in different apps or websites which makes it easier for me as an employee because I don't have so many tabs open at once when scheduling meetings with my clients! Also being able to send out reminders via email would be nice but not necessary since they already do this automatically through Gmail anyway.
It's very easy to use overall; however there are some features like adding notes/tags etc could also benefit more if implemented into future updates (like maybe allowing users to create custom tags).
