Top or bottom didn't bother me - they fit perfectly. To be honest, "bathing cap" or something like that was just funny. I can't imagine what anyone could use that for. HOWEVER, the liner is horrible on top. I can't imagine who that would suit. The quality actually seems to offer decent UV protection. But before the rashguard. It's basically the same as a one-piece swimsuit - lined with cups and that "bustline" that goes under the cups to, idk, provide support I think. Except that nothing holds the cups in place and the "bust line" is way too high. I'm 50/50 on cutting out the entire front balaclava because I like the pattern or throwback. Wouldn't recommend unless you know you need to make adjustments.
