The staff is really professional in their job and they make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. They are always willing to help out as long as you're open about your needs. Their rates are competitively priced - but I think it's more of an issue for small business owners than something I would dislike per se. As a small business owner myself, I can only speak from my experience but we've been able to find affordable solutions to our language barrier problems thanks to them!
