Non-adhesive transparent part

I bought this vinyl on purpose because it was said to have a clear adhesive base, instead it just had a clear base with no tack. If I accidentally rip out a piece of vinyl during a break, it won't stay in place and becomes unusable. Please update your description so this doesn't happen to anyone.
