The product does not match the description and photos

I bought this cape to wear to a wedding party. Judging by the photo descriptions and reviews, the top formed a small V at the back. I thought it would be great because the lace was meant to hide my tattoo. The product received is not the same as in the photo. There is only one lace stripe at the top. Doesn't help hide my tattoo like I was hoping. Very disappointed.
