I liked that they were able to incorporate many different ways of communication into one platform for my business (both internally as well with clients). It was also very easy going back in forth between platforms when needed or needing new templates etc since it could be done just about anywhere online! Sometimes things would not load properly but overall this has been great so far!! The ability for staff members within our organization who are geographically spread out is now easily linked together allowing us access via Zoom at any time.
