Memorex Twin DVD cases are a standard 14mm width, VHS style height normally supplied with commercial DVD releases will, and stick a disc on each half of the box. Therefore, without additional packaging in the sleeve, it is not suitable for sending by post, although the discs should remain in place with normal handling. The cases feel well made and the tongue is unlikely to damage the center hole area of the disc. For regular storage I would have no hesitation in purchasing more of these cases although the design of the tab could be improved.
