Product arrived safe and sound. Installs as expected with good instructions and illustrations. Fixing the template was accurate as you stretch the paper to avoid wrinkles before sticking it to the wall. According to the instructions, the finished product attached to the wall very securely, despite what several reviews have noted (product updates may have fixed issues previously noted in other reviews). The product doesn't look cheap and in fact the bar itself is metal and not cheap plastic as several reviews claim. The only potential downside to Franklin KInla bronze oiled bronze fittings is the color, which is darker than most other oiled bronze fittings and has almost no gold undertones except for the obvious highlights of the rings. It appears to be black in color. If you want to match them with other oil rubbed bronze fittings, most will notice the color difference. I shouldn't have paid double the price for a bronze Moen oil bath faucet.
