These glasses are great for use as computer glasses, outdoor exercise etc. HOWEVER BE CAREFUL WHEN USE WHILE DRIVING . Under certain conditions, such as when it is very bright outside, they can make it difficult to recognize a green traffic light. This has happened to me several times while driving. I've found that this effect doesn't happen too often as it occurs later in the evening or maybe at night. Although it could only be me. But they are a very, very orange-yellow hue compared to other blue blockers, so be careful and make any adjustments/refrain from driving if necessary. Light green contrasts with dirt and sky. Therefore, they are ideal for hiking. Be careful when mountain biking though, they make it difficult to see coyote droppings on the trail. Again, be careful and cautious when using them, especially while driving. Take care!
