This is a sturdy chrome basket that needs to be screwed firmly into place in the shower. You will need your own tools (drill, screwdriver) but all basket parts are included. The basket is deep and should hold various items securely even if they are quite tall. Although it appears to be primarily for soap, you can also put shampoo or conditioner bottles inside, and the rim is high enough to hold such items. Installing a basket isn't difficult, but it does require a permanent change to your brickwork. If you are a renter this is not the best option as there is no other way to install it other than drilling and screwing it. a private home and quite handsome with elegant finishes including round capes and metal cones at attachment points. I just wish it was easier/quicker to remove and swap out for a more thorough cleaning of the fittings. However, the type of setup means you can fit heavier items in it than traditional pull baskets, which are cheaper, easier to install and less durable.
