I LOVE THIS THING! It hurt like Dickens when I first used it. Admittedly, I was rougher on myself than I probably should have been and spent more time on it than I probably should have done the first time. I can't tell you how good it is to feel that knot screaming for relaxation and then finally giving up and going limp. I was in deep bruising and pain for days, like I had a really deep tissue massage. I immediately sent messages to several friends praising this thing and I can think of at least 5 others who, at my insistence, ordered one for themselves. There's nothing better for tight neck muscles.
