For the most part this is normal. A little pricey for how limited it is. Almost not worth the money. It only works in the car, which somewhat limits its use. It takes a long time to heat up to tea temperature. You cannot use the save function if there is no connection. It would be better if it didn't have to be constantly connected to work. I don't understand the meaning of the battery life icon above as it is completely irrelevant. It doesn't keep your liquid warm for very long. It went from 87 to 53 in about an hour and a half. The tea strainer is a bit pointless as it's just a function of the car. You have to put the tea leaves on, heat them up and remove the strainer before you can drink your drink in the car. They've added extra features that are totally unnecessary just to increase the price. I will definitely buy the Muggo brand and only keep this for longer trips.
