Review on πŸƒ Stay Light and Hydrated with FuelBelt Helium Ergo Running Belt - Two-Bottle Design by Jerome Brooks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Don't be fooled by negative reviews.

This has not been taken out of the box and commented on a review; Walked it 8 miles the first day to get a general idea and then ran 18 miles the next day. I had no complaints about it; sits very well on the hips, despite the first impression of being bulky. I understand there are a few reviews from people who have had trouble using bottles. I almost let them talk me out but decided to give them a chance. they end in the order of the pictures. β€’ Remove Bottles: You will notice that the bottles have indentations at the top. Put your index finger in the bag up to this indentation, put your thumb in the bag towards the back of the bottle, then the bottle comes out freely. β€’ Reinsert the bottle: put the bottom of the bottle in the pocket, grasp the bag flap with your fingers, push the bottle in with your thumb. Fast and easy. β€’ Lids are tight/dirty: use your teeth to pull out the spout, you must pull it out all the way. If you don't, it will look like the cap on the left, it should come out like the cap on the right. If you look under the lid you will see two sets of protrusions on the silicone tips, the last wing should rest when opened. Once you do this, holding your teeth in place, pull out the drink, it will come out very loose. No need to bite your nose or squeeze it, just drink it.β€’ The case fits an iPhone 8 with an Otterbox case. First you have to insert one end diagonally, but it will do. However, this leaves very little room for gels or gu keys. β€’ If you have a thin side, there is an extra loop point under the bag for tightening. I missed it on the first run. There is also a stuff sack behind the bag. Check out the belt for those things. Overall I am pleasantly surprised with this belt and would recommend it to all my friends. Update: 13 and 20 miles on it and I'm still happy with this belt. Will no question be using this for my upcoming marathon. For long runs it is better to use a portable computer.
